To ensure the Boothlab application runs optimally, ensure your PC meets the following specifications:
  • Processor: Recommended Quad Core Intel Core i5 9th Gen 2.0 GHz or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad-core 2nd Gen or higher.
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB RAM. Although the application can run with 4 GB RAM, 8 GB RAM is recommended for better performance.
  • Graphics Card: Recommended NVIDIA® GPU 2016 or newer with 4 GB VRAM or larger, such as NVIDIA GeForce 1650 or higher, or AMD Radeon RX 560 or higher with 4 GB VRAM or more.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 version 1903 (19H1 - May 2019) or newer, or Windows 11 with the latest updates.
  • Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 resolution is recommended for optimal display.
  • Touch Screen: Touch screen is recommended for sharing features, but not mandatory.
  • Please note that processors such as Intel Atom, Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium, and Intel Gold are not supported due to insufficient performance for processing high-resolution photos from DSLR cameras.
  • By ensuring your PC meets the specifications above, you can run the Boothlab application smoothly and get the best experience.

Before installing the software, make sure you have purchased a Boothlab package that suits your needs:
  1. Visit https://boothlab.id to choose available packages. Make payment via the provided methods. After successful payment, you will receive a license code to activate the software.
  2. Download the Boothlab software via the 'Download' menu and follow the installation steps according to the available tutorial document
  3. Don't forget to enter the activation code in the Boothlab software to access all features
  4. Try running the photobooth business flow on the successfully installed Boothlab software

We provide a support ticket feature and a WhatsApp group with our technical team for assistance anytime if there are issues during installation and operation of the Boothlab software

A purchase of 1 Boothlab package will include an activation code that can only be used on 1 device. If you want to switch devices, make sure to Logout first before uninstalling on the old device. After that, install the Boothlab software on the new device and re-enter the activation code on your account

If you find a bug or error in the Boothlab software, don't worry! Follow these steps to resolve it:
  1. Restart Application and Device
    • Close the Boothlab application and open it again.
    • If the problem persists, try restarting your PC device.
  2. Check Device Connection
    • Ensure all supporting devices such as cameras, printers, and touch screens are connected correctly.
    • Check cables, USB ports, and other connections to ensure there are no physical issues.
  3. Update Boothlab Software
    • Make sure you are using the latest version of Boothlab.
    • Login to your Boothlab account at https://boothlab.id to download software updates.
  4. Note Error Details
    • If the error persists, note the details, such as the error message that appears, when the error occurred, and the last activity before the error.
    • This will help our support team analyze the problem faster.
  5. Contact Boothlab Support Team
    • Send a bug or error report via the created WhatsApp group.
    • Include error details and screenshots (if any) to facilitate the resolution process.

If QRIS does not appear on the Boothlab software, this is likely because the GoPay payment method has not been activated on the Midtrans dashboard. Follow these steps to ensure it:
  1. Login to Midtrans Dashboard
  2. Check GoPay Activation
    • After logging in, navigate to the Payment Methods menu.
    • Find the GoPay payment method in the list.
  3. Activate GoPay (If Not Active)
    • If the GoPay status is not active, click the Activate button and follow the process requested by Midtrans.
    • Activating GoPay will also automatically activate QRIS because they are connected.
  4. Sync with Boothlab
    • After GoPay is successfully activated, open your Boothlab software.
    • Ensure a stable internet connection to update payment configurations automatically.
  5. Test QRIS
    • Perform a test transaction using QRIS to ensure the payment method has appeared and is functioning.
